Congratulations, I trust you made it to Downing Street, hope to see you out with the Tandem Club once you’ve recovered. You can collect a donation. It has been amazing to read your blog, looking forward to seeing the documentary.
Will you be cycling back to Hull?
Regards
Allan
Reka, you are amazing! Looking forward to having you home and lots of tea and gossip….and cake (a small slice wont hurt).
Penny and Reka and everyone else, what can we say? A truly amazing, inspiring journey. Daniel, Marc and I have been checking your blog every day and look forward to the day´s news. I´m so sorry I wasn´t there for the end Pen, just the way it turned out with Marc´s leave etc, otherwise I would have been there at the finish. I´m there in spirit with you all and have got a large bottle of champagne on ice. Good luck with the final push today, London will be buzzing today. You are true Olympians, Gold Medal Winners and should be so proud. We certainly are. Loads and loads of love, Toni, Marc and Daniel xxxx
Hi Reka,
We met you and your friends in the bunkhouse in Rhayader on Monday night. We were cycling from Aberystwyth down to Cardiff over three days, which I thought was quite a big deal until I discovered what you and your crew were doing! Cal was the Scotsman who tried to convince you that there aren’t many hills between Llanidloes and Builth Wells – I hope you didn’t believe him!!
Many, many congratulations on your fantastic achievement. I hope you enjoyed your ride and that you allow yourself a well-earned rest at the end.
All the very best for the future,
Judith and Cal xx
