HI let’s get moving – let’s get our lives on track!

Life can be a funny thing, but we deal with the card’s that we’ve been given. Sometimes it might not feel right, or fair but that’s the way it is.

One of the important things that we can do, is look after ourselves physically and mentally … it’s not rocket science, it can be hard, but we just have to get up and do it.

This project says that to get back the feeling of being in control you don’t need permission to eat healthier, stay fitter and to learn how to stress bust, but you might need some guidance and support. So what’s out there and what else do we need and how do we go about getting it?

Cancer affects every third person in the UK, and as a group we can bring about the changes!
